
Cleve Langton Managing Partner New Business 3.0 Inc.
Cleve Langton is the former Corporate Executive Vice President, Director of Business Development Worldwide for DDB Worldwide. He was responsible for directing the DDB Worldwide’s multi-office pursuits and client integrated communications programs. He was also in charge of the new business support system that links the 206 offices in 99 countries. Prior to heading up DDB’s business development effort, Cleve ran DDB’s PepsiCo/Frito Lay Account.
Cleve joined DDB in 1990. Prior to that, he held several international and business development positions at DMB&B, where he served as group account director on Mars Inc., the agency’s largest account. Prior to DMB&B, he was a product manager at General Foods Corporation and an account supervisor at DFS (Saatchi & Saatchi).
Cleve is a part-time professor as part of the Schering-Plough Endowment. He lectures at Columbia University’s Master’s Program of Strategic Communications, as well as, at Duke University’s Corporate Executive Program. Cleve has conducted new business presentations in 32 countries for both Omnicom and DDB, covering Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. He is Chairman of the Global EFFIE Committee.
Cleve holds a BA from New York University and an MBA from Columbia. He is also a director of Executive Advisory Council of the City University of New York/Weissman Center for International Business and a director of The Corporate Communications Institute.
