The next Effie Bootcamp is scheduled for October 7-10, 2025, New York City 

  • During the kickoff week (4 days), an intimate cohort will receive a masterclass in Effie’s Framework for Effectiveness, apply learnings in real-time, interact with industry speakers, network and learn with cross-industry peers, and more. 
  • In the following eight weeks, participants apply their learning to an independent challenge relevant to their business, with the support of an industry mentor. 

Upon completion of the entire program, participants receive the globally recognized Effie Marketing Effectiveness Certificate.

The Bootcamp is geared towards those identified by their leadership as high performing marketers with 5-7 years of experience. Marketers of various disciplines and experience levels are welcome to apply.
The marketing industry is only as strong as its people. That’s why we provide marketers with the tools and support they need to adapt, grow and stay relevant throughout their careers. Through the Effie Framework, we are in a unique position to provide the very best training for individuals and businesses. We combine a data set of more than 10,000 cases of marketing’s most effective work with our network of the finest industry leaders to deliver peerless training programs for marketers at every stage of their career.
Participants must successfully complete Modules 1 & 2 to earn the Effie Marketing Effectiveness Certificate.  The enrollee must: 1) attend and actively participate in the 4-day (in-person) / 6-day (virtual) learning immersive module and 2) achieve a composite score of 80 or higher on their case project or receive PASS recommendations from the mentors, who evaluated the work.

Projects will be evaluated against the Effie framework, by at least three Effie Mentors. Scores will be provided against each pillar:
  • Challenge, Context, and Objectives 
  • Insights & Strategy
  • Bringing the Strategy Idea to Life
  • Results
Scores are weighted equally at 25% across all pillars.  Although scores remain confidential, participants will learn how they ranked across the framework.  Participants who fail have the option to re-submit. 

Certification is granted at the sole discretion of Effie Worldwide, Inc. and requirements are subject to change. Any violation of Effie Worldwide, Inc privacy and user agreement will result in disqualification of Effie Marketing Effectiveness Certification.
Module one kicks off with an immersive virtual learning module over 4 (in-person) or 6 (virtual) days. During the following 8, participants will apply their learnings to an independent marketing project relevant to their business, with support from Effie Academy Mentors.
Effie's Mentors are seasoned industry leaders across various marketing roles. Having participated in Effie Award judging, all mentors have experience evaluating against the Effie framework.
With a curriculum rooted in the Effie framework for marketing effectiveness, each day of Module 1 will focus on a key pillar:

  • Challenge, Context & Objectives
  • Insights & Strategy
  • Bringing the Strategy & Idea to Life
  • Results
The experience includes training on the Effie effectiveness framework, hearing from experienced marketers across various functions, networking, learning from Effie-winning case examples, and working with cross-industry peers to solve a business challenge.
Module 2 participants will apply their learnings to an independent marketing project relevant to their business, with support from Effie Academy Mentors. 

Marketing projects must relate to the participant’s current professional work. For example, a new product launch, disrupting a category, a brand relaunch, a loyalty program, a customer retention plan, or any marketing initiative.

Once the case project is submitted, it is evaluated by at least three mentors to determine certificate eligibility. Mentors also provide constructive feedback on the work.
