No Baby Unhugged

When it comes to diapers, Moms most often default to the category authority, Pampers. We needed to get expectant moms to consciously choose Huggies Newborn diapers as an active part of her pre-delivery prep. so we launched No Baby Unhugged, an initiative that helps all Moms understand the power of hugs and helps all babies get the hugs they need even if Moms can't be there to give them.It has succeeded in reversing a 4-year decline in the business while increasing Huggies Newborn diaper sales and market share at the expense of Pampers.

Go Ask Dad

What began as an observation of the decline in fathers teaching sons to shave evolved into a much more profound insight into the decline in teens seeking fatherly advice. For Father's Day 2016, Gillette sought to rectify this. In an unprecedented move, we used the world's biggest search engine to direct users of the Internet...and to Dad. Ultimately, we transformed technology criticized for distancing fathers and sons into a catalyst for bringing them together and proved that when it comes to information and advice, Dad is still "The Best A Man Can Get."
