Watching HBO with your parents can be horrifying and terribly awkward. That was the insight that led us to develop the HBO GO campaign. We needed to capture the Internet's attention to get our key audience, millennials, thinking and talking about HBO GO. And with roughly $365,000 for production and media, we knew it would have to be deeply compelling. Our PR and media strategy targeted millennials and HBO fans across their social networks and helped spread the word across news, humor, and culture sites.
