ESPN built a new era in American sports, the College Football Playoff era from scratch in 2014. To usher in the most dramatic change in the history of the American sports landscape, we created a platform for a campaign that could remain impactful and relevant all year long. With the Whos In? platform, ESPN went from not only owning the broadcast of the playoff, but the whole cultural conversation around it.
