SUMMARY
The Swaddlers for the Life of Your Baby initiative aimed to win and keep Millennial moms in P&Gs Pampers Swaddlers diapers from birth to the point of potty training. Because Swaddlers diapers werent available through all babys life stages, Moms were defecting from Swaddlers and often away from the P&G family. We restored a contracting category to growth, adding over $60MM to the P&G Baby business at Walmart and securing a 40 share of the national Swaddlers Sizes 4 and 5 business for Walmart in the first year of launch
