How do you define effective marketing?
The entire purpose of a marketing platform must be measured from various points of view, and if all generate positive results we can talk about effectiveness—that is, effectiveness is to meet all the objectives set, as long as they are out of the ordinary.

What marketing trend(s) are you excited about right now?
The trend that I like the most is the return to having that human contact with the people who interact with brands.

How does creativity drive effectiveness?
Creativity by itself is not effective—but if it is applied in all areas of the process, from finance to graphic design, it is the most important driver.

What’s your favorite effectiveness win from the last few months—personal or professional?
Personally, I’m a swimmer and recently won a little open.

What do you hope marketing looks like in the next five years?
Like the relationship that the baker had with his clients in town, he made the best bread, not just focused on selling.
