By creating differentiation—the complex thing about data is that it is available to us as much as it is to our competitors; hence, creativity in our execution is probably the most powerful tool we have to differentiate.

Cleaning up dashboards and focusing on a few key elements has been so impactful in the way we run things in our company, so I must definitely say that it is our biggest win by far.

Actually BEING customer centric and having the audience not feel ads as an interruption—making sure we’re so focused on being precise that our communication efforts don’t feel like our brands are trying to convince people but rather recommend products we know they need and they’ll enjoy.
