Effie South Africa joins the Effie network as its 49th national program, and its first national program in Africa. Call for Entry will launch in early 2020.

Effie Collegiate U.S. is pleased to announce that the 2020 brand challenge will be presented in partnership with IBM. This semester's competition invites college students across the U.S. to develop a non-traditional integrated marketing campaign focused on IBM and The Weather Channel app.
Entry materials will be available in mid-December 2019, and Call for Entries will launch in January 2020.

At the 2020 ANA Brand Masters Conference (March 4-6, 2020; Scottsdale, AZ USA), a selection of 5 for 50 Effie Award winners will be telling their brand stories.
The event will include presentations from Raja Rajamannar, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Mastercard and Ann Rubin, VP of Corporate Marketing at IBM Corporation, with more speakers being announced soon.

David Porter, VP of Global Media at Unilever AAR, will serve as Awards Chairman for the APAC Effie Awards' 2020 competiton. Porter previously served as the Head of Jury at the 2018 APAC Effie Awards.
The 2020 competition is open now, with deadlines running November 29 - January 10.
