From the 62 Global Grand contenders, 12 were announced as winners of the Global Grand Effies in their categories.
From the among the Global Grand winners, the Iridium Effie jury, co-chaired by Anomaly's Carl Johnson and Tencent's Helen Luan, named Nike & Wieden+Kennedy's "Dream Crazy" the winner of the Iridium Effie.

Congratulations to this year's Multi-Region Effie winners!
The 2021 Global Multi-Region Effie Awards, sponsored by Meta, were celebrated at a virtual event on November 16, where three winners were announced as the most effective marketing ideas that worked in multiple markets worldwide.
Restaurant Brands International and INGO Stockholm won a Gold Effie in the Restaurants category for Burger King’s ‘Moldy Whopper’; Unilever Singapore, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. and MullenLowe Lintas Group won a Bronze Effie in the Positive Change: Social Good-Brands category for Lifebuoy’s ‘H is for Handwashing’; and Babyshop and FP7 McCann Dubai won a Bronze Effie for ‘Rephrasing “Parenthood”’ in the Retail category.

The 2022 Call for Entries period for the Effie Awards U.S. competition has begun.
Any marketing effort that ran in the United States between September 1, 2020 and August 31, 2021 is eligible to enter.
