Despite USPS’s unrivaled experience in shipping and marketing (direct mail), businesses were looking past us because they didn’t see USPS as a partner in business. But they were also looking past something else — they were so focused on 2025, they were missing changes they needed to make today. So, we created USPS Delivers, providing insights on future-focused topics that would help make those changes. By offering more than just service, we increased perceptions of USPS as a partner by almost 40% (37.5%), and drove 4,600 new leads.
