Skinny. A telco who believes in low prices, and happy customers. They want big attention, but won’t waste their customers money on big name celebrities. So in 2022, we open-sourced their brand campaign to the public. The entire country could record Skinny’s new campaign on their mobile…for free. 34 unique radio scripts, on buses and billboards and bar coasters, each one tailored to its location. A guerrilla OOH campaign, that evolved into a radio campaign, that delivered a 34% increase in new customers yoy. Our most effective recruitment campaign ever.

A Tribute to Constants

The case is about Vodafone, a major Telecom player, facing a challenge of declining brand love and retention. And what was created to regain consumer's positive sentiment, by developing a retention plan that encouraged brand loyalty. We launched a cross-channel emotional campaign centered around gratitude. The campaign was supported by a purpose-led Rewards Loyalty Program that aimed to reconnect with the loyal customers. We managed to convert over 30% of the app users and witnessed a remarkable 3-point increase in their Net Promoter Score, effectively solidifying the brand's position.

Smart Living

Etisalat by e& aimed to diversify as a digital telco by pioneering its smart-home solutions. Despite favourable global trends, 64% of UAE expats still felt that smart-homes are uncomfortable. To influence their misperceptions and fears, and demystify smart-home tech, we recognized people’s true concern: technology invading their daily lives, for the worse. Through a glimpse into a relatable bickering couple’s daily life, we showed with humour and wit how smart-home solutions can change lives for the better, demystifying the technology.
