We cleaned a lot during the pandemic. But, in 2023, as demand softened and competitors closed in, we needed a big idea to bolster sales to launch a new product. Always inspired by pets, we reframed clean from a chore to an act of love. We asked ourselves, “What if mess is no longer the enemy of clean?” It was the unlock we needed to define a new standard of clean for the most demanding of audiences, pet parents. We grew category share to 58%.

IKEA is defined by its one-of-a-kind store experience. When a global pandemic forced the brand to shutter its showrooms and customers flocked to online competitors, IKEA feared it would be forgotten. Unable to drive people to store, but also unable to guarantee stock or satisfaction online, IKEA had to find a way to keep the love for its brand alive until it could welcome shoppers back. So it decided to bring the sensory IKEA store experience—all the unique sights, sounds, and smells—to customers' doorsteps in a one-of-a-kind “Store-in-a-Box.”

Once regarded as a super-premium appliance pioneer, JennAir found itself vulnerable and out of touch after decades of resting on its laurels. The brand had become synonymous with “entry-level luxury”. As the competition continued to win with their same stainless-steel suites and monotonous idea of luxury, JennAir needed to reboot. “Bound by Nothing” was designed to tear down this old idea of luxury. To bring progress to a stagnant category. This platform attracted renewed attention, desire, and demand from up-and-coming affluents and design professionals, for the first time in years.
