The winners of Effie Awards Ukraine 2024 were announced during the Awards Ceremony, highlighting the most effective marketing communication campaigns in Ukraine.
Effie Awards is the most prestigious global award in marketing communications, held for over 55 years across more than 55 programs in 125 markets. In Ukraine, the award is being held for the 18th time in 2024.
This year, 17 gold, 20 silver, and 33 bronze awards were presented at Effie Awards Ukraine 2024, along with the Grand Prix. These were not just awards, but recognition of true achievements in the world of marketing and communications, inspiring new accomplishments, as the Effie award is a global symbol of success in the industry.
The Grand Prix of the award went to the project “The biggest Ukrainian fundraiser to boost air defense”, created by the BetterSvit agency for Nova Post and the charity foundation “Come back alive”.
“Large-scale fundraising requires a large-scale campaign. To raise UAH 330,000,000 when donations dropped to the bottom, you need to communicate about raising to the top.
Nova Post has turned its services into a big donation platform. Boxes, envelopes, packages, parcel lockers, and mobile apps became donation and media channels as well. 22 owned, earned, shared and paid media were involved in the integrated communication.

The award was conducted according to international standards developed by Effie Worldwide. The contest program included 87 categories, 35 of which were industry and 52 were special categories. This year, more than 260 leading professionals from the advertising and communications industry served on the award jury, ensuring a high level of evaluation for the entries.
The contest entries went through three stages of judging. In the first round, the jury selected the finalists, and then in the second round, the winners were determined in the categories – bronze, silver, and gold awards. Finally, at the Grand Jury session, the best of the best was chosen – the Grand Prix winner.
