Facebook's Carolyn Everson Elected Chairman of Effie Worldwide's Board of Directors


Carolyn Everson, Vice President of Global Marketing Solutions at Facebook, has been elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Effie Worldwide.  Everson succeeds Carl Johnson, Co-Founder of Anomaly, who served two terms as Chairman from 2013-2014 and 2009-2010.

2014 North American Effie Winners & Index Rankings Revealed


The North American Effie Awards celebrated their 2014 winners and unveiled the regional Effie Index rankings at their annual Awards Gala on Thursday night (June 5).  The Grand Effie was awarded to Dove Real Beauty Sketches - Winning back Dove Love for Unilever by Ogilvy Brasil and Edelman.

Neal Davies Named Incoming Effie Worldwide CEO


Current Effie Worldwide President, Mary Lee Keane, will be retiring this summer, following 20 years of effective leadership and expansion of the Effie program.  Naked Communications Co-Founder, Neal Davies, has been appointed as her successor and will takeover global responsibilities in June 2014.
